CrossVista Recorded Demo Agreement

By registering for and/or accessing CrossVista’s recorded demos hosted on www.crossvista.com, you agree to the following:

1) You certify under penalty of perjury that you are a full time employee of the company whose email address you used to register for access to the demonstration site.

2) You certify under penalty of perjury that your employer is currently licensed for Software AG’s webMethods product suite and that your employer is currently a customer or partner of Software AG.

3) Each user should register for their own credentials. You agree not to share your username and/or password with any other users. If your credentials do get compromised (or you change employers), then you agree to notify CrossVista immediately by emailing makeiteasy@crossvista.com with the subject heading “Please Cancel Recorded Demo Access”. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to register, then please include the registration email address within the email subject header.

4) You are authorized to and choose to enter into this agreement.
